Prep Cooks - Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- consistently, safely and efficiently cutting/chopping foods
- washing, weighing and mixing ingredients according to the recipe
- ensuring quality and freshness of every project
- maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
- organizing goods - lift up to 40 lbs
- listening and understanding exact orders from Chef or manager on duty
Line Cooks - Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- following a provided standard set by the Chef, Sous or Kitchen Lead
- preparing a variety of food items to restaurant standards
- making sure all items are given at the correct portion sizes and in a timely manner
- ensuring quality and freshness of each menu item
- maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
- organizing goods - lift up to 40 lbs
