Construction Laborer Start ASAP

Triad Inc. America is now hiring experienced Skilled Construction Laborers for a Solar Construction Site in Herrin IL . Must live close to Herrin and have reliable transportation.

Solar construction experience is required. Must be willing and able to perform outdoor physical labor. We have professionals on site to help you answer and questions or concerns and help keep everyone working on a timely manner. Job is temporary with the possibility of permanent hire but not guaranteed. . First week is in the hole then paid every Friday.

Requirements:

-Must be a construction laborer with commercial/industrial type experience.

-You must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work daily

-Solar Experience is preferred but not mandatory

-Looking for someone who is very reliable. Shows up to work on time. Willing and able to work outdoors in the elements doing physical labor.

-Must be able to pass a drug screening prior to hire

-Must have steel toe boots- this is mandatory due to heavy equipment on this site for both general labors and Equipment Operators

-Hours are typically 7am-5:30pm, maybe later. Mon-Sat. 40 plus hours per week.

Anything over 40 hours will be overtime pay. (hours may fluctuate)

-Pay discussed during interview process, depending on experience.
