Financial Admin Assistant (Boston)

We seek an a financial assistant, and one of the first employee, who can pick up activities after our CEO and drive his actions home. This is very early, so you will wear a lot of hats. This is definitely a position for someone who is not afraid of ambiguity.

As the first full-time employee, you will serve as critical support to our Founder and CEO, providing administrative support in select day-to-day needs and long-term projects / initiatives. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks. You will file taxes, handle state filings, and keep records for bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean up our Financial Books

File state and federal paperwork

Required Skills:

Be driven to accomplish a lot and learn a LOT very quickly

Ability to prioritize tasks and track progress

Able to effectively give and receive constructive feedback

Must have a no-excuse, results-focused mindset

Requirements:

Demonstrated history of loyalty to your organizations and teams

Familiarity with Asana or another project management product

Knowledge of at least one Bookkeeping Software (we use Zoho Books)

Prior experience in a Finance function

Remote work experience (and able to reflect on how it can be better)
