Assistant Teacher (Bayonne)

Seeking an exceptional teacher's assistant for our fast paced, high energy, three year old classroom. Candidate must LOVE children, be responsible, have an enormous amount of patience, and have experience working in a preschool setting. High Scope curriculum and remote learning experience a plus.

Responsibilities include:

-caring for children.

-assist teacher with developing and implementing lesson plans.

-communicating with co-workers, children and parents.

-supervise children: monitor, direct, protect, encourage and nurture children.

-maintain a safe, happy and healthy environment for the children.

- light cleaning: sanitizing tables, chairs, bathroom, vacuuming and mopping floors.

- must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
