For a limited time we are offering a $12,000 sign on bonus ($6000 per driver) or depending on your team tractor trailer experience we pay out a monster $30,000 ($15,000 per driver) Sign on Bonus that is the biggest SOB ever paid out to a team.

This is the first time we've had an opening for this job in your area in a long time, so move fast to apply before it's gone. (Most Fed Ex jobs are 1099 jobs with no benefits).

(If you do the math at the lowest rate .68 CPM for 5500 miles that is $1870 per driver. At .75 x 5500 miles that is way over $2000 a week per driver, so don't worry about the $1550 minimum that is just gravy. (Don't forget about the $12K SOB, that will add an average of another $250 per week for a full 6 months no reason with this extra loot why you shouldn't be able to $16,000 a month as a teamThis won't last long that is for sure) (For a breakdown of the $30K SOB see below)

Service Incentive-$500 (split) each month if they have 100% on time service and are available 24 days

$100 per driver per month if they live over 150 miles from your assigned DC and they commute back and forth in there personal vehicle.

This is a W-2 Position with full Benefits: (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K matching and paid vacation).

Great pay! Based on experience you can start at .68cpm/split or up to .75cpm/split (See Chart below)

6 -24 Months: 68 CPM Split.

2 - 4 Years: 70 CPM Split

4 - 6 Years: 72 CPM Split

6 Years +: 75 CPM Split

Average 5,500 miles per week

SIGN ON BONUSES: You can select either option that fits you better.

$12,000 SOB SPLIT ($6K each driver)

PAYOUT: 30 days $1000 each driver, 60 days $1000 each driver, 90 days $1000 each driver, 120 days $1000 each driver, 150 days $1000 each driver, 180 days $1000 each driver

$30,000 Sign On Bonus: If a Team comes in that has 1 year verifiable experience driving together, they will be eligible for the $30,000 Sign on Bonus

All Pre-Made team with 1 year verifiable experience: 30k sign-on bonus split, each team partner bonus installments are listed below:

o $500 paid after 1st load, o $500 paid at 12/11/20, o $1,500 paid 12/25/20, o $1,500 paid, 03/26/21, o $1,500 paid 06/25/21, o $1,500 paid 09/24/21, o $2,000 paid 12/24/21, o $1,500 paid 03/25/22, o $1,500 paid 06/24/22, o $1,500 paid 09/23/22, o $1,500 paid 12/23/22

Home Time: Out 3 weeks then 3 days off (You can stay out longer if you want to make more money)

Must live within 100 mile radius of their team partner

Each driver must have Doubles Endorsement prior to orientation - Drivers can obtain endorsement at DMV( 10-12 question test. If you don't have doubles Experience we will train you!

(So if you don't have doubles right now, sprint down to DMV and take the test and get it added to your License ASAP, you don't need it on your License to apply so go ahead and apply now)

Drop and Hook loads, pull 2 x 28 pup trailers

Average salary 78k to 100k+

REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with at least 3 to 6 months Tractor Trailer Class A Experience in the last 3 years. Experience must be tractor trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length and a minimum of 3 states or more regional or OTR. (If local one state only time must have at least 12 months in the last 3 years of TT Experience)
