Outside Sales Reps / ADT / Leads Provided/ Managers Needed (San Antonio Metro)

Jaylock Systems is an authorized ADT dealer. We are looking for 20 Security Professionals who have experience or are a willingness to be trained in Outside sales. We have an immediate need for Team Leaders and a Sales Manager. This opportunity involves selling our new Smart Home Automation Systems to NEW homeowners.

Responsibilities as a Security Professional:

Present Smart Home and Security Automation Options and services to new homeowners

Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner

Manage a provided Lead Route

Ability to work flexible hours (typically from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM)

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Clean criminal background

Positive attitude and strong work ethic needed

Self-Motivated

Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new skills

Strong Closing Ability or willingness to learn.

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Comfortable being a 1099 contractor

Compensation:

Uncapped commissions paid as much as 2 x a week by direct deposit

Monthly bonuses and incentives

Average earnings of $40,000-$85,000, with top performers and managers earning $100,000+ yearly
