We’re looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to write job estimates and manage our large job files. The person in this position is responsible for running multiple projects at one time.

Compensation :
$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Responsible for coordinating project management.
This position works with the homeowner, subcontractors, and carpenters to smoothly complete the tasks in a timely fashion.
Manage and Coordinate Sub-Contractors In-House Crews
Identify Material, Schedule delivery, and coordinate install
Run and Manage Insurance Repair Losses
Receive approved proposal / scope of work from Estimators for all new projects.
Execution of key project objectives.
Develop long-lasting, high-trust relationships with insurance adjustors.
Ensure budgets meet company profitability guidelines.
Close attention to budgets
Bring on and mandate subs.
Qualifications :
TPA program requirements and guidelines.
Xactiamte Experience is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Company Vehicle provided.
Travel and overnight stays out of town are sometimes required.
Good DL
Experience in construction management.
Communication skills
Proficiency in email, text, and communication.
