Full Job Description

Lead Cultivation Agent will oversee cultivation and managerial duties required for the facility. This position is responsible for supervising the cultivation staff and is accountable for team performance and adherence to company standard operating procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Perform cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, inspecting crops, and inventory management

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) knowledge and Pesticide application experience preferred

Implement our existing, robust cultivation SOPs, and nutrient regiments

Operate heavy and light horticultural equipment and machinery

Track environmental factors and record data to provide to Managers

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Perform water, media, and solution sampling and testing procedures.

Adhere to industry standards and waste disposal procedures set forth by regulatory agencies.

Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs

Communicate effectively with supervisors and employees

Required Qualifications

Must already have or be able to pass a Live Scan

Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Botany, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field preferred; if not, 3-5 years experience as a manger in commercial cultivation required

Experience in indoor Cannabis production

Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow, etc.

Adaptability and flexibility; ability to work as part of a team

Ability to plan, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems, and problem solve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16 hourly
