Ramble on Pearl is seeking an enthusiastic individual excited about the unique opportunity to shape and grow Boulder's only social enterprise clothing boutique and become part of a very exciting future. Ramble on Pearl is owned and operated by Boulder Treasures, Inc, a nonprofit founded in 2013, that creates pathways to purpose and community for adults with developmental disabilities through a job training apprentice program operated within our store. At Ramble on Pearl, we teach critical work skills to our apprentices through paid on-the-job training, then help them secure meaningful employment in the community. And in 2021, we will be expanding our capacity and reach through a collaboration with Boulder Housing Partners as part of their 30Pearl Affordable Housing project. This project will provide innovative housing opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities as part of an Independent Living Community. In addition, we will be opening a second business venture co-located with these apartments to increase our apprentice program capacity. Come join our team as we expand!
