seeking an Energetic Front Desk/Data Entry Clerk, who must have Microsoft Office, Excel & Quick Books experience to join our team! You will perform all clerical and front office functions in order to drive company success! Hours: Mon-Fri - Must have resume' & references, pass background check
Responsibilities:
Enter data into QuickBooks on a daily basis, customer invoices, sales rep inventory
Prepare invoices for incoming and outgoing shipping.
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
Make copies as needed, track office supplies
Track daily call in sheet for sales reps daily
Track freight incoming & outgoing on excel report daily
Keep office desk area organized, clean
Answer & direct calls accordingly w/ multiphone lines
QuickBooks Experience REQUIRED
MS Word/ Excel Experience REQUIRED
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Be here & on time daily
Communicate w/ supervisor, staff
Professional, caring, nice demeanor over phone
