The CSR will work closely with customers by assisting them with any issues they have regarding our wireless offering. This is, but not limited to: activation's, cancellations, payments, troubleshooting devices, fulfillment, and billing questions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSiiiiiiiiiii HANDLES BETWEEN 20-30 INBOUND AND OUTBOUND SUPPORT CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS THAT CALL INTO THE HELP DESKiiiiiiiiiii ASSIGN AND SOLVE BETWEEN 10-20 TICKETS THAT ARE SUBMITTED BY CUSTOMERS THROUGH OUR TICKETING SYSTEMiiiiiiiiiii EFFECTIVELY WORK AND AUDIT ALL PORT INS/PORT OUTS TO MAKE SURE IT'S IN COMPLIANCE WITH FCC REGULATIONSiiiiiiiiiii CLOSELY MONITOR FRAUD PLUS RESPONSES FROM RESELLERS IN ORDER TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY FROM CAUSING CHARGES TO REACH LARGE OVERAGE AMOUNTSiiiiiiiiiii WORK DAILY REPORTS TO INFORM CUSTOMERS OF OVERAGES AND MOVE TO APPROPRIATE PLANSiiiiiiiiiii WORK WITH THE HELP DESK AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO SOLVE ALL ACTIVATING, TROUBLESHOOTING, BILLING, AND NETWORK ISSUESiiiiiiiiiii BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CARRIERS TO ENSURE ANY NETWORK PROBLEM THAT ARISES IS SOLVED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLYREQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, and QUALIFICATIONSiiiiiiiiiii ONE YEAR MINIMUM CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENVIRONMENTiiiiiiiiiii KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL AND GMAILiiiiiiiiiii MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE AT LEAST 30 WPMiiiiiiiiiii EXPERIENCE WITH WIRELESS DEVICES PREFERREDEXCELLENT INSURANCE PACKAGE
