Bicycle Retailer Customer Support (Huntington Beach)

City Grounds (CityGrounds.com & ToposOutdoor.com), a specialty cycling lifestyle retailer based in Huntington Beach, is seeking an energetic, organized team player with excellent telephone and computer skills to assist in e-commerce operations and perform customer support duties. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Employee benefits include medical insurance, paid time off, and discount perks. NOTE - this position is normally based at our Huntington Beach location, but all staff is working remotely until further notice.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Assist customers via phone and email

- Process eCommerce orders

- Audit online orders for potential fraud

- Facilitate cases such as warranty, shipment issues, payment disputes

- Perform related administrative and clerical duties

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to prioritize, multitask and escalate when needed

- Maintain stable performance and poise when assisting customers

- Detail-oriented

Desired Skills:

- 1-2 years of bicycle retail, or bicycle industry experience

- Genuine interest and understanding of bicycle products

- CRM and ERP systems experience a plus
