Team members are required to make 150-200 business to business calls per day every day using our automated dialing software so be prepared to work hard to get your client base filled. Our database of 350 million consumers, 175 million cell phones and 25 million businesses is considered the best data available in the industry. We simply contact companies nationwide and supply them with the leads they use to make sales and save them money on those leads at the same time. We have been selling data for 30 years and have a proven system for finding companies that need and use the data we sell.

We pay an industry high 50% commission on the margin for every sale; this equates to 50k -75k the first year with that doubling every year after.

70% of our first time customers turn into long term clients and we pay 50% commission on all residual orders.

We are looking for energetic people that can train easily; we hire and train just one rep at a time. We pay to train and monitor progression closely.

We are only looking for sales people to work and in our Carlsbad office, THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE FOR WORK AT HOME MARKETERS BUT TRAINING PAY IS ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS WORKING OUT OF OUR CARLSBAD OFFICES.

We want people that can dial and smile as with all phone work we only speak to 10% of the people we call so making the calls is vital for success.

Must be internet and Outlook savvy.

Training pay for 12 weeks versus commission earned whichever is higher. Most new reps make sales the first week of work and potentially will make more commission on those sales than the training pay offers.
