Chicken Charlie’s is now hiring for a new location in Belmont Park at Mission Beach.
Seeking highly motivated individuals to work in a fun and fast paced environment.
Position: Shift Manager
Hours: 35-45 hrs/wk
Wage: $18/hr starting with room for growth
Responsibilities:
- Person In Charge responsible for all daily operations including opening or closing
- Know opening and closing procedures.
- Lead shift changes and manage scheduling issues.
- Minimize labor costs and eliminate food waste.
- Enforce company conduct policies and employment guidelines set forth by management.
- Ensure of quality and safety of food from prep to plate.
- Maintain a safe work environment and eliminate any possible hazards immediately.
- Abide by and enforce California Labor and Food Handling laws.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of restaurant manager experience.
- Available to work 35-45 hours a week.
- Must be able to work Friday-Sunday non-negotiable.
- Overseen a similar sized operation of 25-100 BOH employees.
- Manager ServeSafe certification is a plus.
