Full time position for Apartment Development.

Leasing Consultant to provide comprehensive Leasing Solutions for property.

Answer phones, respond to inquires of unit availability and tours with prospects.

Provide excellent customer service to prospective & current residents .

Awareness of fair housing regulations.

Leasing Apartments, talking applications, deposits and verifying information.

Applicant must be computer literate, excel, word & Yardi preferred.

Organizes and maintains files containing Leasing & Housing Documents.

Coordinating of building repairs and renovation in rental Properties.

Full Time ( Great Incentives ) Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
