Screening/COVID Testing LVN - LAUSD

Maxim is seeking LVN Nurses to assist with Covid screening at LAUSD school sites throughout LA County. These LVNs will work with a multi-disciplinary team to collect and analyze data obtained through Covid testing.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

Perform COVID tests for students at a LAUSD school site.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.

Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

PPE is Provided

Qualifications

Current CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License

Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

One year prior Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) experience preferred.

Open to New Grads

Current BLS card.
