We are seeking professional customer service focused individuals to be a Telephone Receptionist. This position entails answering a multi-line telephone system, serving customers by fulfilling requests and maintaining our caller database.
This position is a part-time role with an assigned shift from 11 am to 4 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, however, flexibility for additional coverage is preferred when necessary.
Telephone Receptionist Representative Job Responsibilities:
Answer approximately 150-200 incoming calls daily via a multi-line phone system, transfer to the appropriate
contact and/or take messages with necessary information.
Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests;
maintaining the database.
Deliver excellent customer service and always use a pleasant and friendly attitude over the phone and in
written communication.
Maintain call center database at all times.
Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
