Federal Project Manager II (Army - USACE) - 201200DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:DESCRIPTIONMichael Baker International is seeking an enthusiastic, articulate, motivated Army (USACE)-focused Project Manager (PM II) to join our dynamic and growing Project Management team. A significant priority for our team is growing our Federal (Department of Defense - DoD) markets, specific to Architecture/Engineering (A/E) IDIQ, SATOC, and MATOC contract vehicles for USACE Middle East and Europe Districts. The successful candidate will be a licensed Architect or Engineer who demonstrates extensive, successful experience with USACE clients delivering A/E programs and projects, including management of geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary, collaborative project design teams comprised of architects, interior designers, civil engineers, and building systems engineers. Responsible for all aspects of project management, the candidate must also be adept in evaluating potential opportunities to determine probabilities of success; making recommendations, determining project time frames and funding limitations, outlining procedures for accomplishing project requirements and allotment of available resources to various project phases. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to develop new, and strengthen existing, positive relationships, both internally and externally, with colleagues and new clients, respectively. Articulate, concise and consistent communication is essential for collaborating with leadership and project staff to outline workplan, responsibilities, quality management, risk assessment, and scope of authority, all the while ensuring that project milestones and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed scope, schedule and budget parameters, clearly documenting and communicating project progress to team and leadership.Other essential skills include creative problem-solving, organizational skills, financial project management skills, strong production management capabilities, and a proven understanding of construction documents and constructabilityand.nbsp; Develop/implement project work plans/methodologies for complex projectsand.nbsp; Direct and coordinate activities of multi-disciplinary staff to ensure project progression per schedule, on budget, and within scope parametersand.nbsp; Work with Operations Managers to ensure staff maintains certifications and current licensing and training requirements to meet government regulatory requirementsand.nbsp; Actively identify and recruit industry talent for strategic pursuits and projectsand.nbsp; Leverage existing relationships to help create new opportunities for Michael Baker Internationaland.nbsp; Identify new opportunities for growth to support expanding our core markets.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS.and.nbsp; Possess proficient experience and understanding of interdisciplinary relationships between Architecture/Engineering disciplines, clients, and stakeholdersand.nbsp; Demonstrated business development/marketing experience as a .and.quot;doer-seller.and.quot; including proposal management and technical response proposalsand.nbsp; Must be able to build rapport and establish positive relationships with existing and prospective Michael Baker International clients to ensure client-focused performanceand.nbsp; U.S. Federal DoD experience (USACE, Navy, Air Force) required, with Army-USACE experience a specific priority for this positionand.nbsp; Specific experience with Design/Build alternate project delivery methods is highly preferredand.nbsp; Understand Michael Baker International.and.#39;s competitor services and offerings; actively seek to build our technical services to be comparable with, or superior to, competitors.and.#39; consulting service offeringsand.nbsp; Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) [Autodesk Revit Architecture/AutoCAD] software (current softwa
