As the Captain of Culture, the GM is responsible for communicating and administering all company policies and procedures. The GM embraces an entrepreneurial spirit and is responsible for all aspects of profit and loss, being the top dog of talent & training, daily execution of safety/sanitation, building maintenance, quality food preparation and a superhero for guests.Sounds Great! Must be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant experience at a Kitchen Manager or Assistant General Manager level required.

High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Serv Safe certified recommended & state and local alcohol enforcement where applicable.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work 55 hours per week. Reliable transportation required.
