Job Title:Consumer Experience Professional 2

Location: Remote Position

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Description:

The Consumer Experience Professional 2 ensures optimized interaction between a company and members. The Consumer Experience Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Moderate experience leading or helping to lead projects at an enterprise level focusing on the service associate user experience. Experience will also include focus on metrics-driven or customer-focused outcomes, to include the following: NPSt, root cause, telling the story, call listening, member experience design, elimination and recognition of friction points, identifying automation/optimization opportunities, and empowering others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve our customers’ experience.

It is important the individual is able to perform job responsibilities with minimal direction. Should also exercise considerable latitude and technical judgment in deciding work methods, determining objectives, and approach to assignments, although we will train for the operational work we need this consultant to take on, as well as supervise that work.

Required Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree and/or commensurate experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Project Management, Business Communications, Marketing, or related degree

5+ years of related experience

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

Experience with design thinking and agile environments a plus
