Call Center (Sioux Falls)

KELLY IS NOW HIRING IN SIOUX FALS, SD - Call Center Agents to fill openings beginning October 19th. These positions are full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Pay rate is $15/hour, with weekly pay.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES: Place, receive and route a high volume of calls through an electronic switchboard. Talk with customers via phone. Maintain incoming call volumes and performance standards. Take and/or supply information from/to callers. Resolve customer service challenges. Relay messages or order information.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma. Ability to work with a sense of urgency and make decisions independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficient PC skills - Microsoft Office Word, Excel and strong verbal communication.

Bilingual in Spanish and English encouraged to apply
