Job Description

This role incorporates acquisition diligence research & analysis and oversees the planning and process of integrating an acquired entity to all client platforms in cooperation with other corporate work streams. The work is complex as well as broad-ranging and requires a high level of confidentiality. Projects can vary in size and are conducted in a defined timeframe with numerous individual workstreams that need to work in a coordinated manner to achieve goals and milestones. Activities can be diverse, far-reaching and include a variety of activities including divestures as well as joint ventures.

Responsibilities:-Effectively manage integration process through to completion.-

Engaged in multiple Integrations at any time.-Timely, accurate reporting and read out of findings.-Accurate Documentation & Artifacts.

-File/document storage and organization.

-Participation in cross-functional projects.-Participating in and contributing to integration planning.

-Participation in HR Integration Management Office.-Continuous use and revision/update to integration playbook and supporting templates.

Key Skills

  • Ability to see across multiple functions and understand operational implications within and beyond HR.
  • Capacity to pivot quickly.
  • Manage multiple activities and engagements at the same time.
  • An ability analyze and understand intricacies of processes.
  • Work across multiple diligence streams.

Agile ExperienceFamiliar or studied in Agile or Product-centric ways of working.

Previous experience working with or in agile or product-centric teams is desirable.Certification in agile or product-centric methodologies is desirable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large and varied audiences.
