In-Home Care - Developmental Disabilities (Pocatello/Blackfoot)

Phoenix Management is is looking for self-motivated, compassionate, hard working employees to provide 24 hour in home care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job duties may include training and supervising adults in all areas of adult daily living. This may include assistance in housekeeping, hygiene, meal planning and preparation, taking medications, budgeting, and accessing their community. The company offers a mileage reimbursement for employees willing to use their personal vehicles for client transportation.

This position requires documentation to be completed throughout every shift. Employees must be able to read and comprehend participant plans and programs, and to document appropriately per written instructions.

We currently have homes in Pocatello and Blackfoot Idaho.

Day, swing, and graveyard shifts are available. This is a great job for students or others requiring flexible schedules.

Starting pay may range from $8.50 to $10.00 per hour, based on previous experience in this field, current certifications, and other factors.

Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be drug free, and submit to fingerprinting for a criminal history background check.
