We are a small, influential Maryland-based company with a strong organic and fair trade focus approaching our thirty year anniversary. We are passionate organic handcrafters of high quality and effective personal care products, and we are strong environmental and fair trade advocates. Organic lifestyle education has always been an important part of our company’s mission. We conduct our retail and wholesale business via several channels, including our company web site and our own retail shop.

This position may be entry-level, and it is also a ground floor, long-term opportunity to work closely with the co-founder to learn our business, grow with our business and help to: assist with day to day operations—production, shipping, retail and wholesale customer service and education, office and research tasks; manage and train staff; promote and expand our business.
