Business Operations Manager -Consumer Products

OverviewIntuit’s Consumer Group Program Office is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our TRANSFORM team.The role is responsible for solving Consumer Group’s biggest challenges in order to maximize our contributions to Intuit’s strategy and drive the organization to be bolder, faster, and smarter. In this role, you will deliver complex, transformational programs that require end-to-end coordination across multiple business units and functions. You will disrupt and reinvent Consumer Group’s collective mindset, helping to drive change throughout the organization.What you'll bringWhat you’ll bring

3-5+ years of related experience in project/ program management and process improvement; work experience in management consulting or strategic/analytical roles at top companies preferred

BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience, required

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations

Excellent communication with senior leaders, contributing teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing (email/ presentations)

Strong ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and innovate under new and/or changing conditions

Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

How you will leadHow you’ll lead

Program manage complex, large scale, cross-functional initiatives to ensure programs are delivered on time with an exceptional degree of quality

Create program charters, help define cross-functional program structures and collaborate with contributing teams to define and build comprehensive program plans

Drive accountability with initiative contributors to ensure work is being driven with speed and is on track

Actively manage & mitigate program risks and dependencies to unblock teams as challenges arise

Prepare and participate in Executive program status updates

Develop and execute comprehensive communications and change management plans to drive the change throughout the organization
