We design, sell, build and install custom closets, home offices, garages, pantries, bookshelves, wallbeds and more. Our products are of the highest quality. Role and Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities are centered on providing superior customer service for our clients relating to scheduling appointments and answering general questions. This person will typically be the first person with which a prospective client will speak, and therefore creates the initial impression for the company. Organizational skills are imperative as it is critical that we follow through with any commitments made to clients. A positive and enthusiastic attitude when speaking with clients must always be displayed. Clients will reach out via telephone or web leads to set their appointments. This person will communicate with each prospect, which is the most important aspect of this position.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Client Interactions

Contact web leads and answering phone calls from clients wishing to set Design Consultation appointments.

Communicating with clients via phone, email or texting app to keep clients up to date with

appointment/project status.

Give clients a tour of our showroom during busy times or when others are not available to do so.

Data Entry

Accurately entering data into our SalesForce.com based CRM (Customer Relationship Management),

Costco’s similar system and Operations Management systems, including new orders, services, completed jobs and collections.

Making sure that Operation employees are providing the data to be input into this system.

Additional Responsibilities

General office related tasks such as copying, typing, spreadsheet work.

Working for a small company means that additional responsibilities may be presented at times.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.

Proficient with personal computers, especially MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs.

Excellent phone skills with an eye to looking at the positive and solving problems and challenges.

Preferred Skills:

Strong organizational skills.

Attention to detail.

Cheerful, positive, and problem-solving attitude.
