Part-Time Leasing Specialist (Richland)

Property Management Company looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for a property located in Richland. Previous property management/leasing experience preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to the following;

Showing, Leasing and Pre-Leasing Apartments

Current and Future Resident follow-ups

Preparing lease packets for new move-ins as well as preparing renewal leases

Processing rental applications

Collecting and processing rent payments

Answering phone calls and responding to e-mail and phone leads

Entering service requests

Filing

Conducting move-in inspections with new residents

Delivery of resident correspondences

Both weekend days ARE required. Occasional fill-ins may be required from time to time. Serious candidates only e-mail resumes.

Applicants must be willing and able to take and pass a drug/background check as well as a physical. Drivers License as well as reliable transportation require.
