Small business looking for an intelligent, focused individual to join fast growing team in Hawaii.

Full time Administrative Position

Hours M-F 8 AM – 5 PM

Duties include, but not limited to;

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping.

2. Ability to maintain filing system.

3. Phone interaction with clients, vendors and employees.

4. General office organization and assist with administrative functions.

5. Scheduling.

6. Document preparation.

A good candidate would have the following skills:

1. Experience with accounting software and bookkeeping is a must.

2. Must have STRONG computer skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

3. Must be able to work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.

4. Work well unsupervised.

5. Someone who is looking for a long term job and is willing to learn.

6. Attentive to details.

7. Positive Attitude with strong interpersonal skills, able to take direction, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

8. Ability to work with a small and growing company.

9. Ability to work primarily independently as well as take immediate direction.

10. Great communication skills.
