Developmental Disability Administrator (Brainerd, MN)

Apply NowLocated in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area, Oakridge Homes-Woodview Support Services is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Developmental Disability Administrator to plan, organize and manage the day to day operations of the residential and community based DD services we provide.

The ideal candidate must present strong leadership skills, exemplary supervisory skills and demonstrated professional success in the design and management of DD services as well as a proven track record of creativity, flexibility and ability to work independently.

Candidates must have extensive understanding and working knowledge of various service levels, general knowledge and understanding of community programs and resources and thorough comprehension of 245D licensing requirements.

Candidates will have an understanding and experience inclusive of supervision, program development and program implementation.

Candidate must have a desire to serve this population as well as the initiative and dedication to pursue growth within the organization while assuring all regulatory requirements are being met.

Candidate must also be willing to travel throughout the following counties in central Minnesota: Crow Wing, Aitkin, Itasca, Morrison and surrounding areas.

Education and Experience:

Candidate will hold a minimum bachelor’s degree, in a human services related field from an accredited college and have a minimum of 3 years experience in the developmental disabilities field.

A background in business education is also desired but not required.
