Someone with the ability to handle pressure of emergency situations.

Someone with a one-year certification from college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Someone with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions and percentages, by applying concepts of basic math. Ability to follow procedures relative to running the business through budgets, purchase orders, etc.

Has the knowledge of and experience working with various computer software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook.)

The ability to communicate effectively, both in written and oral form, with tact and diplomacy.

Has the ability to work with confidential information.

As the ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple situations with little supervision.

What You'll Own

Welcome Guests to the resort using a Blueprint for registration and orientation.

Become proficient with use of SMS Property Management systems within training period.

Assist guests with registration and orientation, guest folios, and off property amenities or other requests.

Greet guests, answer any guest questions and solve guest problems.

Assist guests with the check-out process and resolve billing issues. Communicate guest satisfaction issues with management.

Perform general office duties as required.

Contact appropriate departments with any special needs or requests from guests and any complaints specific to their department.

Learn to perform night audit reports when necessary.

Learn to make reservations and "walk" guests in.

Assist guests with any questions relating to activities.

Answer telephones professionally, screen and route all outside and inside calls.

Communicate with guests via Ivy (guest texting system).

Assist guests with dining reservations through Open Table.

Assist with transportation.

Demonstrate proficiency in Red Mountain Gold Star Standards.

Cleaning and sanitizing guest and employee areas to acceptable standards.
