EMPLOYMENT TYPE: permanent part-time to possibly full-time | Compensation: $18-20 (Hour)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | Typical Start Time: 9:00 a.m.

PROGRAM AND DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR

The Primary Role of the Program and Digital Content Coordinator functions for the company should have excellent communication skills and be able to express company views creatively with appropriate punctuation, grammar and tone while ensuring high levels of traffic and customer engagement, and other duties required. This person must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and possess good communication and people skills to perform all the duties and responsibilities required but not limited to;

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manages social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

2. Create content, graphically design, strategic plan, post, blog, and manage social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.

3. Create Annual marketing budget to execute effectively promote.

4. Create Videos to Support CSC initiatives and promote our brand.

5. Build relationships with community members, and key media outlets.

6. Maintain and update website content.

7. Managing efforts to build online reviews and reputation; monitoring online reviews and responding to each review.

8. Interview, write, produce, and distribute stories about projects and programs in both written and limited video formats.

9. Serve as the lead for all photography related to social media, newsletters, special events, interviews, etc.

10. Assist in preparing presentations as necessary on behalf of the organization related to raising awareness and funding.

11. Advocates for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogue where appropriate.

12. Monitors trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

13. Write and distribute regular communications, including direct mail appeals, print and electronic newsletters, and more.

14. Conducting correspondence on companies’ behalf, tracking data, creating reports, presentations, conducting research expense administration etc.

15. Develop and expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

16. Develop, edit, or proofread material in support of program activities such as presentations, internal or external reports and documents, talking points, statements of work, meeting minutes, etc.

17. Coordinate and support contracts from initiation through close. Support contract and program reporting (tracking monthly report and invoices).

18. Coordinate program team activities to meet the goals and objectives of the team including, but not limited to scheduling meetings and logistics, capturing notes, providing support for RFP, RFQ, and contract processes.

19. Know-how to develop and manage project plans and schedules. Drive results through hands on project management. Communicate changes and progress to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget. Manage project team activities.

20. Experience demonstrating both business planning and implementation skills to align work with strategic goals.

21. Other duties as assigned.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, media or related field Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

2. Bilingual in English and Spanish Required.

3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex and dynamic circumstances – with minimal supervision.

4. Ability to maintain the security of sensitive and confidential information. Required to sign a confidentiality/NDA agreement.

5. Software: Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; ad server experience required.

6. Experience in social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and media platforms is required

7. Ability to juggle multiple priorities will be important since the person will work with two teams.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish.

9. Valid driver license, no criminal history.

10. Must have excellent negotiation skills.

11. Requires some flexibility to be available on an occasional weekend during a pre-planned event. Your ability to attend is required.
