Job Description
As a Lobby Attendant who enjoys assisting others at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa, you will maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the sales areas throughout the sales building.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensures the cleanliness of the sales area and monitors the restrooms and surrounding area.
- Provides exceptional guest service in public areas.
- Stocks any supplies needed.
- Monitors the Sales tables and dispose of any trash as needed.
- Mop spills as needed and makes sure all areas of the floor are free of food and paper.
- Sets up food and beverage area and maintains supplies throughout shift and ensures its cleanliness.
- Assists with other duties to ensure the cleanliness of all sales areas.
