Hi everyone! My office is now looking for a front office medical assistant.
We are a premier OB/GYN private practice located in Cedars Sinai (Beverly Hills). We are looking for a front office medical assistant that can work full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5) and who can commit for a 2 year period. This job is perfect for anyone looking to gain clinical experience before applying to any pre-health programs.
Main responsibilities will be scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, calling patients, and general administrative duties. Perfect for pre-health students looking to work before starting school again, or people just looking to get into the healthcare industry. Must be good with computers and customer service.
Pay is hourly, dependent on experience.
The office is very high-end and with many VIP clientele. We’re looking for someone who is willing to put in that extra effort to come to work well put-together and smile.
