Construction Project Coordinator (Boulder)

Must be committed to Safety, quality work, ethics, & career development.

Desired experience in renewable energy, building systems, document preparation, and/or CAD. Preferred experience as a construction project coordinator or other construction related experience. We will train the right person with demonstrated commitment to the above.

What you’ll do in the office (90%+):

-work with the operations manager to help coordinate activities, create and manage permit applications, perform other necessary paperwork, log information, track deliveries, make phone calls, create reports, etc.

-Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with our field team, AHJs, utilities, and trade partners.

-Maintain file and project organization

What you’ll do in the field:

-take photos and measurements

-check material inventory

-transport small items (equipment, materials)

Split remote / in-office schedule may be an option for the right person following a training period.
