Assistant Restaurant Manager (Pike Creek / Wilmington)

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts. 12-13 hours shifts possibly. (Opening and Closing responsibilities.)

Must have ONE YEAR experience as a Asstistant or Team Lead at a RESTAURANT (not retail), (Please do not apply if your experience is not in restaurants.)

- Experienced working in kitchens(prepare foods, heavy lifting, ability to work in a fast paced environment, working knowledge of food safety procedures, etc.)

Open availability, flexible and reliable.

Team Player. You will be working in a fast paced environment that is always changing and improving. We are looking for someone with the ability to adjust and improve with us.

Team Leader. Must be able to train, supervise and set the proper example at all times.

Strong customer service skills. You must have the ability to be kind, knowledgeable and welcoming to customers. We are looking for individuals who can connect with the customer and ensure that they leave happy with the product and the experience.

Clean and organized - work flow with a strong ability to multitask.

Detail oriented - scheduling and knowing inventory requirements.

Ability to take initiative - and work well with constructive criticism.

ServSafe Certification REQUIRED!

Knowledge of healthy living, produce and vegan diet is a plus.

Great personality is appreciated, especially when having the ability to get work done in an organized and fast paced manner!

Must be Interested in, and knowledge of nutrition and a general understanding of the benefits of eating a Plant Based lifestyle/diet!
