ERP Project Manager

Description We are looking for Project Managers with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint ERP experience. Our client is doing an ERP upgrade from Deltek Vision to Vantage Point. An experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant is needed for this position. You could work onsite with Robert Half local client in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area by joining an existing team as their Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. The person we permanent should be able to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

Coordinates and directs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

Handles the daily stand-ups, asserting they are timely, focused and brief

Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops

Steers project planning

Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments

Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

Places schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager

Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel

Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

Defines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic

Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers

Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

Sets out project with right ticket workflows and boards

Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively Requirements We are looking for Project Managers with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint ERP experience.
