Adult Family Home NAC / CNA - Shifts 7-7 Day or Night – FLOAT 3 locations
We are looking for a Full-time Float Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute care nursing adult family home for adults with medically-complex conditions. We are in need of an NAC / CNA who can work 3x12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am. The NAC / CNA must be available any 5 days per week, but will only work 3 of those days, and will have their schedule one week in advance! The schedule is shared with another Float so there is flexibility, as well as the opportunity for the nursing assistant to work more than 3 shifts if they want. The NAC / CNA must be willing to cover all 3 homes, located in Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish. The Nursing Assistant Certified can make a significant difference for patients who depend on acute care nursing, in a home-like setting with a low patient ratio. This type of nursing requires excellent assessment skills, nursing judgment, and the ability to act quickly to any change of condition. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADULT FAMILY HOME FLOAT NAC / CNA POSITION: We will accept Nursing Assistants with 1 year of experience in ANY setting including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU. Any experience will be accepted as long as the NAC / CNA has at least one year of licensed treating experience. The NAC / CNA must be willing to cover all 3 homes located in Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish. The NAC / CNA must be a Nursing Assistant Certified or Certified Nursing Assistant. The NAC / CNA must have a current license in the state. The NAC / CNA must either be a US Citizen or have your green card. This company requires a COVID-19 vaccine.
