We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Advisor IT Systems within our Information Systems department in Houston, TX.Essential Job Duties include:As part of the Oxy IT-GIS team you will be responsible for providing the ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, ArcGIS Server, Enterprise Geodatabase) platform to our organization. This includes ArcGIS Desktop and geospatial applications from other vendors. You will work on a variety of initiatives implementing GIS solutions and helping other members of the organization to implement solutions using the platform. This position requires self-motivation, the ability to prioritize, and work as part of a team while aligning with organizational goals. QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field.

10 years industry experience in GIS.

Strong knowledge of the use of GIS, able to translate problems and needs into GIS processes, workflows, and solutions

Strong knowledge of the ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise platform

Portal, ArcGIS Server, Enterprise Geodatabase

ESRI WebApp Builder and Experience Builder

ESRI mobile applications including Field Maps and Survey123

ESRI JavaScript API

ArcGIS Desktop/ArcGIS Pro

ESRI JavaScript API

ArcObjects(ArcMap) and/or ArcGIS Pro SDk programing

Mapping or survey grade GPS experience (Trimble Products)

Drone/UAS data management software (ESRI Site Scan, DroneDeploy)

Python Programing Experience (ESRI Libraries)

JavaScript programming

Experience integrating ESRI technology with other platforms

Superior Customer Support and Communication Skills

Comfortable with the Administration of Windows Desktops and Servers

Good time management skills

Good team player

Additional skills:

Knowledge of business processes (pipeline, upstream oil and gas, electrical, construction, engineering, environmental, others)

ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and configuration

ArcGIS Enterprise content management (users, items, groups and services)

ArcGIS Enterprise administration (web, admin and sharing interface)

GIS Project management experience (requirements gathering, project planning, time estimation, project execution)
