This Bookkeeper position will be located in the Greenville, South Carolina area and will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.How you will make an impact

Look after archived records by categorizing documents

Conduct and manage the general ledger

Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits

Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

Appease accounts by balancing entries

Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - Command of Accounts Payable (AP)

Foundational knowledge in journal entries

Deep understanding of QuickBooks

Full charge bookkeeping experience desired

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
