Sr. Financial Analyst

Description Do you want to be work in a role where you could make a direct impact as a financial professional? There is an urgent need for a Financial Analyst for one of Robert Half's clients. You will conduct the improvement upon weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, while also operationalize and cultivate data-driven processes. You will deliver variance analysis of bookings, revenues and expenses, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting the outlook models to reflect operational adjustments. Interested candidates should have prior experience in strategic analyses and recommendations. Proven knowledge of Explain Variance

Strong familiarity with Analyze Variance

Quality experience with Monthly Variance

Practical knowledge of Manufacturing Variance

Earlier work involving variance analysis

Financial modeling experience preferred

General familiarity with Investigate Variance

Wide ranging experience with Purchase Price Variance

Well-founded grasp of Inventory Variance

Complex Financial Models experience desired

Identify Variance experience highly desired

Cost Variance experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MBA preferred

Deeply adept with financial reporting tools

Accomplished presentation skills

2+ years experience with advanced financial analysis, planning and budget controls required
