And because it FLEXes around each individual employee based on their individual choices, employees are empowered to push boundaries and help us all evolve, together.Your CareerThe Senior Manager, Business Operations will work closely with the Director, Global Consulting Operations, Vice President, Global Consulting Operations and key stakeholders in finance, accounting, sales operations and GTM teams. The role will manage a team of three to five direct reports and will contribute directly to the success of the Unit 42 business and operations. This person will report directly to the Director, Global Consulting Operations.We need a person who has a proven track record as a doer; someone who can collaborate cross-functionally on tight deadlines and with limited resources. The ideal candidate is organized, an effective communicator, and thrives on driving results in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Your Impact
Directly manage and lead a team of three to five direct reports and support their career progression within Unit 42
Manage projects / initiatives to solve challenging issues by working with stakeholders across teams, managing communications, overseeing milestones, and helping deliver outcomes
Review and understand contractual agreements between the Company, clients, and external vendors
Complete monthly invoices and financial reports while effectively partnering with Finance team.
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), possess knowledge of general ledgers, and how revenue works within an organization
Enhance operational rigor across the organization, identifying gaps and developing scalable solutions to problems
Support the operational rhythm of the Unit 42 organization, including strategic planning and cross-functional teams
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field of study or equivalent military experience required
5+ years of relevant work experience in business operations or finance
3+ years of professional experience working in a Law Firm and/or Management Consulting organization with direct people management experience
Cyber-security industry experience highly preferred
Direct experience with SalesForce and SAP required - experience with Clarizen a plus
Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, solve problems requiring meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
The desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and constantly adapting security firm wearing multiple hats

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $139,000/yr to $224,850/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
