Financial Analysis and Reporting.
Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
Prepare accurate and insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making for the executive team.
Develop red-yellow-green dashboards to quickly identify divisional opportunities.
Create RFP and pro forma P&Ls to highlight risks and opportunities of new business opportunities.
Conduct effective presentations, conference calls and on-site meetings with other departments to deliver your message regarding financial impacts.
Create and manage project plans.
BA in Finance, Business or Accounting or equivalent job-related experience; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
2 - 5 years of related experience.
Collecting, analyzing and summarizing complex business information, drawing logical conclusions and solving problems.
2+ years' experience with Power BI.
1+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, or SAP. (Dynamics AX preferred)
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Ability to analyze large sets of data; develop and explain graphical representations.
Flexible and comfortable in complex environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Partner with Operations to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense efficiencies
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional business leaders to execute initiatives
Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process

Project and Business Planning
Attend divisional leadership meetings and provide financial support as required
Review monthly financial results with senior leadership, provide clear and concise commentary to tell the story
