Personal Care Attendant - Part-Time 2nd Shift

a We are looking for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our trailblazing team! As a PCA, you will provide direct and indirect care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living. The PCA is responsible for promoting the resident’s well-being while maintaining their independence. We care for our residents through a results-oriented approach while cultivating relationships with values rooted in love, compassion, and dignity.: Responsibilities: Receives report and assignment when coming on duty and gives report on assigned residents when going off duty. Attend General Orientation and PCA Training/competency classes, at time of hire and annually, as indicated Is aware of resident needs for social and psychological support. Is aware of and adheres to Resident’s Bill of Rights and confidentiality of resident information. Is aware of Resident Abuse Reporting Law.
