Job Description:The Purpose of Your RoleYou will lead a team of developers, business analysts, data engineers, architect, and scrum master based in Westlake, Dublin and Bangalore, who support WI client-facing associates to help them be more effective. Operating in an agile environment, the team crafts and delivers technical/data solutions for our internal customers through collaboration that begins with understanding their priorities and continues through execution of the work.The TeamThe Solutions Office is a distributed team with end-to-end solution and execution capabilities. It helps identify and execute activities/capabilities that can be transitioned into our team which allows our business partners to be more focused on delivering results to our clients, prospects, and advisor community. Using agile techniques, a "Good/Better/Best" approach and domain expertise to rapidly re-engineer and automate front-end processes, we deliver superior outcomes across a broad range of partners, services and products across WI, including Stock Plan Services.The Experience You Have

  • 15+ years software / data services / machine learning development experience
  • 10+ years running a technology team
  • WI domain expertise
  • Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree desired in Computer Science, MIS or Data Science
  • Strong agile practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
The Skills You Bring
  • Broad technical knowledge in programming, data management, security and cloud deployment
  • Experience in leading technical solution design that drives automation and process improvement
  • Strong people management who can develop, mentor and empower a team of highly skilled technologists
  • Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong database management experience and can mentor team on standard methodologies
  • Ability in analyze complex SQL queries
  • Expertise in ETL design using Informatica or SSIS
  • Proven consulting skills to build trust with customers and business partners.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence across functional groups, including Operations, Product, Marketing, IT, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
  • Solid business judgement with an abundance of intellectual curiosity.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
