Job Description:The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with Salesforce CRM development experience and java application development experience to join our Corporate Salesforce Services product space where we leverage the Salesforce CRM capabilities and other technologies to help our business partners centralize and streamline various business operations.In this role, you will be an essential team member to help design, develop, enhance, maintain and support ongoing existing solutions as well as building new ones for our business partners. You will have the opportunities to work with different business partners across the firm including Fidelity Digital Asset Services, Centralized Risk Group, Enterprise Compliance, FREC, Patents Operation, Devonshire Investors, Pembroke, etcThe qualified candidate must be self-motivated, a thoughtful and organized self-starter with good analytical and communication skills.The Expertise We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce development
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in developing solutions using Java
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in understanding databases
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events
  • Experience with Pardot is preferred.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer is a big plus
  • Experience with architecting and building solutions on the AWS platform is a plus.
  • Experience with ETL applications, data structures and querying languages a plus.
  • Experience with job scheduling technology such as Control M and shell scripts is a plus.
  • Experience with building and maintaining EKS applications is a plus
The Skills You Bring
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development standard methodologies.
  • Ability to craft Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features.
  • Ability to work with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events.
  • Knowledge of SOAP/RESTful API and micro services development along with Salesforce API integration
  • Participate in client discussions during requirements gathering to provide suggestions on using tools and techniques to arrive at feasible and scalable solution.
  • You own the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results.
  • Passion and intellectual curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas.
  • Demonstrable experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams
  • Crafting intuitive solutions to real world business problems.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt and strive to meet the needs of a fast paced, changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both through written and verbal channels.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
