On The Job Training
Temporary to hire, based on attendance & performance
What is the job?
Load and unload items from machines or conveyors
Operate machinery used in the production process
Place products or parts in equipment or on to work surfaces
What do you bring to the job?
12 months of solid production experience
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Welding and forklift experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
Ability to train on 1st shift
