Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant for it's senior community, Marycrest. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.Disclaimer: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary or appropriate by management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supports the admission, transfer, and discharge process for the Resident.

Assists residents with daily living functions such as dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, hair care, and shaving according to expressed preference.

Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.

Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed. Provides daily Range of Motion Exercises. Records data as instructed. Answers resident calls promptly.

Enters information and documentation accurately in Care Tracker in accordance with company policy, practice and standards.

Follow established End of Life Procedure.
