Bookkeeper PT (El Paso West)

Part time seasonal person needed for a staff bookkeeping position, with the opportunity to be permanent. Prior experience working with multiple clients in QuickBooks (Online version especially) and experience with individual tax preparation a plus!

This will work for a full-time individual that has extra time and wants an additional revenue stream or a person that has a part time gig and is looking for extra hours. Work schedule will be flexible and discussed at interview

Proficient in accounting math and written and spoken English and Spanish

We are looking for someone with experience in QuickBooks (online and desktop versions) who has experience working on multiple sets of books each month, coding transactions, reconciling and posting journal entries ideally in an accounting, tax or bookkeeping office setting. With minimal A/R, A/P posting and spend very, very little time on manual data entry (we let the software do the work).

The job is part time 25 to 30 hours per month to start. Flexible hourly schedule from 8am to 7PM Monday Through Friday and Saturday morning.

Office dress is casual; micromanagement and office drama is nonexistent.
