Per Diem Delivery Driver

Infusion Solutions is a locally owned home infusion company seeking a per diem delivery driver (up to 24 hours/week) with strong skills to join our team. We are looking for a highly professional driver that is reliable, flexible, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and available to work specific shifts listed below.

Shift Expectations - We expect the driver to:

· Be available on call to make deliveries between 12pm-8pm on Sunday through Wednesday

· Be available for varying shifts during the previously mentioned times depending on the delivery schedules for the day

· Be aware that they may be called off from the shift if no additional deliveries are needed for the day.

· Be available to flex up to cover more shifts in the absence of our other drivers.

Functions and Duties:

· Deliver to patients timely and accurately following a delivery schedule spreadsheet

· Communicate with other health care professionals and the public in a polite and appropriate manner.

· Pack up deliveries, load and unload company vehicles

· Perform daily vehicle inspections and check for gas, oil, and fluid levels, tire pressure, and breaks

· Work after-hours and on an on-call basis (Sunday-Wednesday)

· May be required to clean, disinfect and test durable medical equipment

· Complete paperwork relating to deliveries, pickups, and equipment retrieval

· Required to deliver to our patients including: Whatcom, Island, Skagit, San Juan, Snohomish, and King Counties

Minimum Requirements:

· Valid non-commercial driver’s license

· Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required

· 1+ year of related experience

Physical Demands:

Lifting/carrying 10-50lbs, including up and down stairs
