LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Part-time – Columbia Center, WA
Salary: $400 Monthly Base Pay (paid bi-weekly)
Required – estimate 2 visits per week
Nights, holiday and weekend availability is required
BASIC FUNCTION
The part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician will ensure the functionality of our equipment for service and maintenance at Columbia Center in Kennewick, WA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance and repair of equipment
Maintain clean equipment
Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions
Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte
Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager
Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed
Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management
Other assignments as needed. EDUCATION
Technical degree preferred SKILLS
Working knowledge of equipment
Electrical and mechanical equipment repair
Excellent verbal and written communication
Maintain accurate records
Compile reports
Proficient in computer and Smartphone use
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time
Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Driver’s license required Experience
